Fundamentals = Covers all Pilates fundamentals: breath, centering, control, fluidity and precision for beginner students or for those focusing on rehabilitation, neuro-muscular re-patterning, balance, and core strength.
Intermediate = Student has a familiarity with the principles of the Pilates Method and has no major injuries that may inhibit full participation in a class setting.
Advanced = Student is extremely comfortable with all Pilates principles and is capable of performing all exercises with control and precision.
***Students interested in registering for advanced classes must be approved by the instructor.
Mixed Level = Open to all levels.
