Level 2 - Bodhi™ Burn = A fast paced, high repetition class using all the Bodhi choreography with quick transitions. All systems a-go for stretch, strength and cardio utilizing two, three and four points of suspension.
Level 3 - Bodhi™ Flight = It's time to fly with all limbs off the ground! This class incorporates Level 1 and 2 principles and adds additional balancing challenges. One, two, three and four points of suspension. This class will lift you and your spirit off the floor.
